IHC reports daily activities including analyzed results of illegal information on the Internet to the National Police Agency. A steering committee was established to make operation of the IHC transparent. The committee regularly evaluates the activity of the IHC and gives advices on general matters.

After a certain period, cases in which subtle decisions were made are re-evaluated by people with experience, representatives of Internet service providers, officials of the National Police Agency, and if necessary, the operational guideline is revised.
